1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an order placed for a product that is not currently available for immediate shipment but is expected to become available at a future date.
Pre-order products are reserved for customers before the expected release or restock date.
2. Pre-Order Payment
When placing a pre-order:

Full payment is required at the time the order is placed unless otherwise stated.

Your payment confirms your reservation for the product.

Your payment method will be charged immediately when the pre-order is completed.
Pre-order availability may be limited due to supplier inventory.
3. Estimated Release and Shipping Dates
Pre-order release dates are estimates provided based on available manufacturer or supplier information.

If a release date changes, we will update customers when possible.
4. Shipping Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items will be shipped after the product becomes available and arrives at our inventory.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may:

Be shipped separately depending on availability and shipping arrangements.
Additional shipping charges may apply only where clearly communicated before processing.
5. Cancellation of Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled only before the product has entered processing or shipping preparation.
Once a pre-order item has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

6. Returns and Refunds for Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
For collectible products, opened items may not be eligible for return because opening the product may affect its condition and collectible value.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Product Availability Changes
Although we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, availability may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control.
If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a full refund.
8. Limited Quantity Pre-Orders
Some collectible products may have limited availability.
Placing a pre-order does not guarantee availability if supplier allocation changes or circumstances prevent fulfillment. In such cases, customers will be contacted as soon as possible.
